Late actor Heath Ledger may have suffered from bipolar disorder, femalefirst.co.uk reports a new book as claiming.
Ledger was found dead in his New York apartment in January from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.
Now a new biography of the star, entitled Heath: A Family’s Tale, reveals his uncle Haydn suffers from the condition, and suggests it might have run in the family.
“I don’t mind people knowing I have bipolar disorder, and it’s a shame that it took this long to be diagnosed,” Haydn reportedly told author Janet Fife-Yeomans.
