Streets Speak Mural Display
When: Saturday
Where: City Hall (1 Churchill Square, Edmonton, AB)
The Edmonton Youth Council and iPulse put on a street mural exhibit entitled The Streets Speak Murals at City Hall. Free to the public, the murals were created by homeless Edmonton youth.

Canada West Track and Field Championship
When: Starts Friday at 2 p.m. Wraps Saturday at 5 p.m.
Where: University of Alberta
The road for Canada West track and field glory runs through Edmonton and the University of Alberta Pavilion this Friday and Saturday. See some of the finest talent in CIS athletics.

Free family fun on the lake means enjoying sledding, skating and hot chocolate in this puppy welcome environment.

Daisy Chain presents Soundscape, The Shakedowns and No Witness
When: Friday at 9 p.m.
Where: Starlite Room (10030 - 102 Street)
Check out the progressive rock outfit Soundscape this Friday. drawing on the complexity of instrumental bands like Gordian Knot and the energy of bands like Iron Maiden, and then fuse it with the emotion and sophistication of jazz fusion to meld their music into a fascinating musical journey.

5th annual Project HOPE Benefit dinner
When: Saturday Feb 27 at 6:15 p.m.
Where: Londonderry Community League Hall (14224- 74th St, Edmonton, AB)
Project Hope is a non-profit group created by 12 Grant MacEwan University students. Benefit includes cocktails, dinner and a silent auction.
