Madonna may not be that easy to live next to. The woman who owns the apartment upstairs from Madonna in a building on New York’s Upper West Side has filed suit against the building’s board of directors, complaining that she has been subject to excessive “pounding noise and vibration,” according to court papers obtained by the New York Daily News.

“Madonna and one or more of her guests repeatedly dance and/or train in Apartment 7-A to unreasonably high-decibel amplified music,” the complaint alleges.
