The Halifax Mooseheads cut goaltenders Stefan Dumaresque and Jeremie Forbes-Brisebois on Wednesday night, while telling Andrew White he was out of the picture as a 20-year-old, to finalize their 2008-09 roster.
The Mooseheads are carrying 25 players, including two injured players (Ben MacAskill and Richard Greer) and three players headed to NHL camps (Logan MacMillan, Tomas Knotek and Yuri Cheremetiev).
"We're pretty set, I would think," Mooseheads GM Marcel Patenaude said.
The following is the roster.
Goaltenders (2) — Mark Yetman, Mathieu Corbeil.
Defencemen (9) — Graham Bona, R.D. Chisholm, Richard Greer, Ben MacAskill, Alex MacDonald, Scott McDonald, Ryan Matheson, Gabriel O’Connor, Justin Pender.
Forwards (14) — Linden Bahm, Jessyko Bernard, Charles Bety, Yuri Cheremetiev, Gabriel Desjardins, Chad Earle, Gerrad Grant, Tomas Knotek, Eric Louis-Seize, Logan MacMillan, Ned O'Brien, Alexis Piette, Travis Randell, Matthew Snow.
