Yuri Cheremetiev is expected to be dealt to the Bathurst Titan as early as Friday.
Yuri Cheremetiev appears headed to the Bathurst Titan.
The Halifax Mooseheads have reached a tentative agreement to deal the 20-year-old forward to the Titan for a third-round pick. The move could be announced as early as Friday.
Cheremetiev co-led the Mooseheads in scoring last season with 49 points in 65 games but struggled early this year, putting up just seven points in 14 games.
He's never been a favourite of Mooseheads GM Cam Russell, so the change of scenery is probably going to be good for him.
His 243 career games are fifth in Mooseheads history.
The move leaves the Mooseheads with 24 players on their roster. There could be one more move coming when Konrad Abeltshauser returns from injury in a few weeks, likely on the blue line.

Why doesnt the coach leave the lineup that same if eveyone is healthy and they win a good game? why keep juggling lines? that hasnt helped all season so knock it off!
