A 22-year-old Halifax man is facing several charges in relation to a string of late-night break and enters of homes in the Bedford and Rockingham areas.
Craig Kyle Gilbert was due in Halifax provincial court yesterday, charged with eight counts of break and enter and theft and one county of attempted break and enter.
Gilbert was arrested at his residence on Waegwoltic Avenue on Friday night.
Police allege he is responsible for eight home break-ins over the summer.
