After more than a week in a Los Angeles hospital psychiatric ward, Mischa Barton risks losing her latest acting gig, according to the Sun.

Producers of the new CW drama The Beautiful Life are said to be considering a placement for Barton, who plays a supermodel, if she is not fit for filming by next week, sources say.

But Barton’s people aren’t worried. “Mischa is improving and still under care, with the intentions of being able to resume production on The Beautiful Life next week,” her rep said.
