Friends are worried that Rihanna’s raucous lifestyle has her heading for a breakdown, according to Now Magazine.

“Every night’s the same. She goes clubbing, downs shots and manages to stay up until the early hours,” a source says. “She seems to be on a mission to drive herself into the ground.”

On top of that, the singer seems to be indulging even more in her obsession with tattoos, recently adding the words “Never a failure, always a lesson” to her breast. “She’s going too far with it,” the source says. “She’s impulsive, but when it’s a tattoo, you can’t take it back.”
