Susan Boyle’s brothers are worried about her well-being, insisting the singer needs more extensive care and supervision thanks to her hectic schedule and fame.

“The traveling and the whole thing is exhausting. She still has her anxieties and her loneliness,” Gerry Boyle tells People magazine.

Other brother John Boyle agrees, adding, “She needs 24-hour care. She needs to be looked after.”

Susan has been hospitalized more than once for exhaustion and anxiety since becoming a sensation a year ago, and her home was recently broken into.
