The Halifax Rainmen have gained a home game.

The Rainmen’s cancelled road contest with the Montreal Sasquatch on Feb. 27 was rescheduled yesterday for Sunday, March 29, at 2 p.m. at the Metro Centre. It will be Halifax’s final game of the Premier Basketball League season.

Season-ticket holders will receive free tickets for the game.

The original contest was cancelled because Montreal’s gym did not meet the PBL’s minimum requirements.

The Rainmen also host the Sasquatch on Saturday, March 28.

The Rainmen, 9-7, are in action this weekend, visiting the woeful Buffalo Stampede on Saturday as they renew their quest for a wildcard spot in the PBL playoffs.
