Montreal Canadiens captain Saku Koivu is joining Finland for the remainder of the IIHF world championship.
Koivu may play on a line with his brother, Mikko.
The Finns are 2-0 at the tournament, although they barely squeaked by Norway on Monday night, 3-2 in overtime.
