Calgary police searching after bank robbery at NE Scotiabank

The suspect is said to be a white male in his 30s, who left the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

During the noon-hour Wednesday, Calgary police responded to the call at a northeast Calgary bank after receiving reports of a hold-up.

Police are on the lookout for a male suspect after a bank robbery in northeast Calgary on Wednesday afternoon.

At around 12:40 pm, CPS received a call of a hold-up at Scotiabank in the 3500 block of 32 Ave. NE.

The suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, 5 foot tall, with black hair and a medium build. His area of travel after leaving the bank is unknown, and he is said to have been wearing dark clothing.
