N.L. fishermen dump crab into harbour

HICKMAN'S HARBOUR, N.L. - Police in Newfoundland say no arrests were made early Monday when a large group of angry crab fishermen entered a processing plant in Hickman's Harbour and proceeded to dump all of its crab into the harbour.

RCMP say the fishermen were protesting the fact that the plant owners had yet to settle on a price for the crab.

The Mounties say about 150 fisherman blocked plant workers from entering the Golden Shell Fisheries plant around 7 a.m.

Hickman's Harbour is in eastern Newfoundland on the south coast of Random Island.
