Lightning clinch first with win

The London Lightning got at least 10 points from six players Tuesday night as they defeated the Miracles 119-84 in National Basketball League action in Moncton, clinching first place.
Eddie Smith led London with 21 points.
Rodney Buford added 19 points and led the Lightning with 12 rebounds. Gabe Freeman had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The Lightning shot 50 per cent from the floor, and held the Miracles to below 32 per cent.
