Singer Fergie has revealed the diet secret behind her fit physique — she downs shots of vinegar, femalefirst.co.uk reports.

The pop star’s trainer Natasha Kufa reportedly passed on the tip, claiming the vinegar flushes out fat in the colon and helps the body digest food. It also reportedly cuts out cravings.

Fergie insists the trick really works.

“I do vinegar shots. It has to be organic apple cider, unfiltered. Two tablespoons. For some reason I’ve noticed a difference on my stomach.”

As for a baby bump on her belly, Fergie has denied she is expecting.

“I’m 5-feet-4, when I gain a couple of extra pounds — it shows,” she said in an interview with Extra. “People just like to speculate.”

The singer went on to say that she would actually like to get married to her fiancé, actor Josh Duhamel, before starting a family.
