Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee got pulled over by the LAPD — while in a helicopter. Cops noticed Lee’s vehicle flying erratically when it had a near-miss with a police chopper over Glendale, Calif., according to the National Enquirer. Lee was only in the co-pilot seat, but his pilot, David Martz, was reportedly found sharing a celebratory drink at a nearby bar after landing. And according to TMZ, this isn’t the first time Martz has gotten into trouble flying Lee around. He was cited in 2006 for landing in a residential L.A. neighborhood to pick Lee up for a concert.
