After announcing her intentions to undergo gender reassignment surgery, Chaz Bono, formerly known as Chastity, is reportedly fielding offers from producers to document the transformation for a reality TV show.

“Chaz is adamant about recording her sexual identity struggles and her transition from female to male,” a source tells the National Enquirer.

But it’s reportedly something her mom, Cher, can’t get behind. “Cher was shocked,” another source says.
