Nicolas Cage knows who to blame for his recent problems with the IRS. The actor is suing his longtime business manager, Samuel J. Levin, claiming that Levin “lined his pockets with several million dollars in business management fees while sending Cage down a path toward financial ruin,” according to People magazine. Levin began working with the actor in 2001.
