Of all the problems Lindsay Lohan has faced recently, she says the worst is her father, Michael Lohan, talking about her to the press.

“He’s nuts. He is someone who is crying out for help and attention. He is the one who should be in rehab,” Lohan says, according to Hollyscoop.

“The real issue here? I don’t condone that he has never paid child support. He has never stepped up. It’s not fair, my mom has been such a great mother and has done such a great job raising us.”
