Cil Godinho works as an adjudicator for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. He never imagined working for a government organization but it was an entry-level position as an assistant to an adjudicator eighteen years ago that put him in the career. His main specialty is assisting clients from rehabilitation to retraining. His other specialty is playing in the Toronto Spartan Volleyball League and volunteering for various organizations.
