I've learned today that there is a deal in place to send Canadian midfielder Andrew Ornoch (pending him agreeing to personal terms) to Heracles Almelo from Esberg fB.
The Dutch side will be a good move for the former product of the North Scarborough Soccer Club and Erin Mills.
Widely considered to be one of the brightest prospects to come out of the Canadian system in recent memory, he will find a place to further develop his game in Eredivisie - the top flight Dutch league.
And to those that have been asking via Twitter - yes, the Polish-Canadian has been capped.
Andrew made his national team debut Nov. 15, 2006 against Hungary.
Cheers
