The Vancouver International Fringe Festival kicks off tomorrow with its first of 617 performances of “bring-your-own-venue theatre,” according to executive director David Jordan.
“We have many stage venues for traditional folks, but there’ll be a show in people’s backyard and two shows on fire escapes,” said Jordan.
“Even one on the back of a bike where you’re driven around.”
