Hater is no ordinary slasher novel. The killer has no motive. The killer has no method. Despite the unconventional publication, Pan’s Labyrinth director Guillermo del Toro bought the book’s rights and The Orphanage director Juan Antonio Bayona is set to direct the 2010 film adaptation.

A Lion Called Christian steps back in time, detailing Bourke and Rendell’s acquisition of Christian and his early pseudo-celebrity career.
